Third-placed Middlesbrough journey to the capital this weekend to take on lowly Charlton Athletic at The Valley.

Boro could be boosted by the welcome return of striker Lukas Jutkiewicz following a knee injury. Midfielder Kevin Thomson (calf) and young forward Luke Williams (hip) are similarly back training after making recoveries.

But the visitors were expected to still be without Jonathan Woodgate (thigh) and Marvin Emnes (hamstring,) while Seb Hines (knee/groin) and Ishmael Miller (hamstring) require late checks.

Rhys Williams (ankle), Mustapha Carayol (knee) and Curtis Main (knee) remain long-term casualties.

Charlton have a doubt over midfielder Dale Stephens (hamstring) but Matt Taylor could return for the first time since August.

Former Stoke City striker Ricardo Fuller (hamstring) is definitely unavailable.
