Middlesbrough have signed Belgian forward Jelle Vossen on a season-long loan from Genk.
The 25-year-old striker is a long-time target of the Teessiders and arrives with a view to signing a permanent deal in the future.
Boro were actually close to completing a deal for him twelve months ago but unable to settle on a fee with Genk.
Head coach Aitor Karanka earlier today agreed a two-year deal with Dutch winger Yanic Wildschut.
There could be further business with Karanka keen on 19-year-old Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker, although that could go through as an emergency loan next week.
