Middlesbrough have signed Swansea City defender Connor Roberts on a season-long loan.
The 21-year-old is still to make his senior debut for the Welsh club and is therefore reunited with their former boss Garry Monk at the Riverside.
Welsh Under-21 international full-back Roberts does have previous loan experience for both Bristol Rovers and Yeovil Town.
Meanwhile, Boro have completed the signing of teenage Bury striker George Miller on a three-year deal. The eighteen-year-old arrives for an undisclosed fee after eight goals in 32 games at Gigg Lane.
That follows the £9m capture of forward Martin Braithwaite, 26, from French Ligue 1 side Toulouse on a four-year contract. He scored twelve goals in 37 appearances last season.
