Middlesbrough face a tough visit to Brighton this weekend but could be boosted by the return of a couple of their most influential players.
Striker Marvin Emnes and central defender Jonathan Woodgate are both likely to make the trip providing they don’t suffer any further problems in training this week.
“Woody should be okay for Brighton,” manager Tony Mowbray confirmed to the Evening Gazette. “And Marvin trained towards the end of last week without any problems.”
However, it appears that Justin Hoyte will once again be absentee, although Ishmael Miller, Kevin Thomson, Adam Reach and Stuart Parnaby are all in contention while Merouane Zemmama faces a late fitness test.
