The Football Association have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the FA Cup quarter final tie against Manchester City this Saturday.

Middlesbrough host Manchester City on Saturday March 11 for the FA Cup quarter final tie at the Riverside Stadium and the match carries a 12.15pm kick off.

Linesmen: Simon Bennett and Marc Perry
Fourth Official: Kevin Friend

Match Day referee Dean has officiated 25 games in 2016/17 with a return of 101 yellow cards and five red cards.

His highest card count so far this season was seven yellows in the game between Stoke City and Manchester City. He also showed seven yellows and one red in the game between Tottenham and Sunderland and Barnsley and Leeds United.

He took in 41 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 136 yellow cards and twelve red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Chelsea and Arsenal on September 19 with a total of six yellows being shown and two reds.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
