Teesside has this week been hit by a massive snow storm, which threatens to put an end to this weeks Premiership fixture against Manchester City.
Wednesday’s game against Bolton was called off because of an undersoil heating problem, which failed to keep the pitch playable. It is rather ironic… Middlesbrough’s pitch is most likely frozen solid, and they dont even HAVE undersoile heating!
The club say volunteers are not needed at this time but as snow continues to fall onto the pitch covering, im sure they will be enlisting the support of their supporters on friday or saturday.
The club maintain the notion ‘We are doing everything possible to ensure saturday’s match goes ahead’
