Manager Tony Mowbray could offer a number of his younger players out for loans next season.

Mowbray is keen for his developing talent to gain experience in the Football League, which could see opportunities elsewhere for the likes of Bryn Morris, Jordan Jones and Christian Burgess.

Meanwhile, such as Adam Jackson, Ben Gibson, Matty Dolan and Charlie Wyke may also be allowed out on loan again, in addition to perhaps even Adam Reach and Luke Williams.

“When you are playing in a man’s environment where people are playing for win bonuses, playing for money to pay their mortgages, particularly in the lower leagues, young players learn what the game’s all about,” Mowbray told the Evening Gazette. “If you’re not doing your job they’ll let you know about it and the young players could learn from that, grow up fast, learn in an environment where, if they are not ready for us, they are learning in an environment where they can hold their own.”
