Chelsea manager Antonio Conte hailed the travelling Middlesbrough support after the 3-0 victory at Stamford Bridge.

The Italian embraced Boro counterpart Steve Agnew at the final whistle and shook hands with opposing players while also generously applauding their fans.

“Only in England you can see this support. I’ve not seen it before,” Conte told BBC Sport “It’s great to see a team fight with all of their strength. They went down and the supporters stayed there.

“This must be an example for other countries,” he added. “For this reason, I felt in my heart I should go and clap the Boro support.”

The Blues will definitely take the title if they win at West Bromwich Albion on Friday.
