Middlesbrough are playing host to struggling Hull City at the Riverside this evening (kick-off 7.45pm).

The Teessiders have no fresh injury concerns after striker Rudy Gestede came through unscathed at the weekend following a recent back problem.

Newcomers Mo Besic and Jack Harrison both made debuts in the 1-0 defeat at Cardiff City and will hope for further involvement, while Brazilian defender Fabio da Silva [thigh] is their only current absentee.

The visitors are without suspended midfielder Seb Larsson, although striker Abel Hernandez [knee] returned to action this week after six months on the sidelines – but is still working his way back.

Markus Henriksen [ankle], Ondrej Mazuch [hamstring], Moses Odubajo and James Weir [both knee] remain unavailable.
