Middlesbrough have allowed striker Charlie Wyke to join Hartlepool United on a one-month loan.
The 21-year-old previously scored twice in 26 games for the League Two club during the 2012-13 campaign.
He also spent three months with AFC Wimbledon last season and managed two goals in seventeen appearances.
Struggling Hartlepool are currently without a point having so far lost their opening three league games.
