Middlesbrough will complete the signing of Hungarian midfielder Jozsef Varga on a season-long loan from Debrecen on 1st July.
The 25-year-old already has 21 international caps to his credit together with a collection of domestic league titles, cups and super cups.
Varga made his international debut against Portugal in 2009 and spent last season on loan with SpVgg Greuther Furth in the German Bundesliga.
Boro are understood to have beaten several other clubs for his signature and the loan arrangement has already been agreed with both the player and his club for the start of next month.
